visitors with a primary home address elsewhere

Payment Terms

Deposit equal to 2 nights on booking

If less than 14 days until arrival date then full payment on booking

Balance due for payment 14 days before arrival date

Full invoicing will be provided

Payment by bank transfer

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation more than 14 days before stay = full refund

Cancellation 14 -7 days before stay = 50% refund

Cancellation less than 7 days before stay = no refund
